Here is a quick history
on our company.
In 1997 we launched our first business
as resellers and implementors of early contact management software (now
known as CRM).
For 10 years - day in and day out - we consulted with
sales and marketing people.
1. We constructed sales databases.
2. We trained 1,000's in CRM software.
3. We developed business applications.
4. We devised sales/marketing solutions.
What we learned
from this time was how challenging the average business
found handling the combination of people, processes and
technology.
Within time the new systems would inevitably begin to
fade and old familiar patterns would once again
