Pauline's
success in sales and management in the insurance and
technology sectors spans decades. After three and a
half years of extensive research and development, she and her
team published TheRevenueBuilder® – Making CRM Work!
in 2002.
Since
1996 TheRevenueBuilder® has helped over 10,000 companies
and individuals in North America, Denmark, Australia, China
and India exceed corporate targets and fulfill personal
objectives.
Born in the United States and living
in Canada, she is passionate about building and keeping
relationships. Pauline received the Board of Trade's
Chairman's Award as the Founding Chair of the nationally
acclaimed post secondary student mentorship program, Leaders
of Tomorrow. She was nominated for the BC Quality
Assurance Award for Leadership Excellence in 1998. In 1999, she
was appointed expert panelist for the RBC Royal
Bank of Canada's ViaSource Small Business Program and is
an expert advisor for TEC The Executive Committee CEO
Roundtable organization. Presently, Pauline serves as a
director on the SMEI Sales &
Marketing Executives' International
Board.
